SHORT FILM - 2023 - Carlla Isabell
"The body is not a machine, as science tells us. Nor is it a sin, as religion made us believe. The body is a celebration."
- Eduardo Galeano

Phenomenology is a descriptive science of the essences of pure consciousness, essences that result from an evident knowledge based on intuition, not sensible intuition, but rather eidetic or intelligible.
Since then, phenomenology has become a method that various researchers apply in domains as varied as religion or aesthetics.
For the church, the body is a sin; for science, a machine; for advertising, a business. Naked bodies reveal stories marked on their skin, the complexity of being in the world, and the power of discourses often buried beneath the 'skins' imposed on us. The body is guilty for being organic and not robotic.
